Very honest and knowledgeable. I called SiteTech electrical and explained my problem which was wiring up a timer switch for an outside porch light. Instead of coming out to my house and charging me money, they took 10 min of my time via FaceTime and helped me troubleshoot and install my time switch. I would highly recommend them as they are knowledgeable and honest and look to save you money.
